Responsibility
- Lead mobile development initiatives for iOS (Swift) and Flutter, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Architect and design mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs in the financial services sector.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to deliver seamless, user-centric mobile experiences.
- Optimize app performance through code reviews, testing, and monitoring to ensure reliability and speed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in mobile development, fintech, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain).
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, automation, and DevOps to streamline development workflows.
- Drive technical roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and user feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Flutter/Dart, with a portfolio of published apps.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), and state management (Riverpod, Bloc).
- Experience with financial services (banking, payments, or fintech) and knowledge of security standards (PCI-DSS, OAuth).
- Proven ability to lead teams, set technical direction, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to debugging and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with backend integration (REST/GraphQL APIs) and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
