Responsibility
- Proactively market and sell new car financing solutions to potential customers through direct outreach and dealer partnerships.
- Conduct on-site surveys and verifications of customer documents, creditworthiness, and collateral to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers in Bali to expand the client base and drive sales targets.
- Provide personalized financing consultations, explaining terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate loan applications, credit reports, and verification documents in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvements or promotional strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, collections) to ensure smooth processing of financing applications.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, financing, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or banking sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with credit assessment, loan processing, and financial documentation is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings, surveys, and dealer visits (company vehicle or allowance provided).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
