Based in Kuta, Badung, you will work closely with the Manager of Platform Quality & Experience to optimize business processes, implement strategic improvements, and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration. Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic business operations plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve platform quality and user experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows.
- Support the Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all operational activities.
- Facilitate communication between departments to align business objectives with operational execution.
- Lead or participate in special projects aimed at improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or a similar role within the banking/financial services sector.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
