Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients to discuss and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Assess clients' financial situations and propose suitable repayment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, finance, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for field visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
