Responsibility
- Monitor and reconcile daily treasury transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Process and verify interbank settlements, foreign exchange deals, and money market operations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports (e.g., BI, OJK) in a timely and error-free manner.
- Maintain and update treasury ledgers, journals, and financial records with precision.
- Collaborate with front-office teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Implement and enforce internal controls to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparations.
- Assist in the development and optimization of treasury back-office processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or Treasury Management) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury operations, back-office banking, or financial settlements.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, SWIFT messaging, and treasury products (FX, money markets, derivatives).
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to draft clear and professional reports.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
