Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and VIP table services with precision.
- Collaborate with the bar, security, and DJ teams to maintain a seamless and high-energy atmosphere.
- Assist in promoting nightly events, special performances, and exclusive offers to enhance guest engagement.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to uphold the venue’s reputation.
- Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the club’s dress code and grooming standards.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately for drink orders and cover charges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, music, and pop culture to engage guests in meaningful conversations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or customer service roles (e.g., hostess, bartender, or event staff).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse crowds.
