As a key member of our operations, you’ll ensure our bakery runs smoothly by assisting with food preparation, maintaining a spotless kitchen, and supporting the front-of-house team. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for students, hospitality enthusiasts, or anyone looking to gain experience in a renowned bakery brand. Uniform requirements include a plain black t-shirt, dark long pants/jeans, and covered shoes to maintain a professional appearance.
Note: Candidates must bring a physical copy of their ID for verification.
Responsibility
- Assist in food preparation and plating under the guidance of senior staff.
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
- Support the service team by restocking supplies and clearing tables as needed.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Follow opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with basic inventory management and waste disposal.
- Provide friendly and prompt service to customers when interacting at the counter.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability for scheduled shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10kg).
- Basic understanding of English or Indonesian for workplace communication.
- Punctuality and willingness to arrive 10 minutes before shifts.
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to the dress code (black t-shirt, dark pants, covered shoes).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
