Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all common areas, guest residences, and back-of-house spaces to Raffles’ luxury standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture, amenities, and decor for guest arrivals, departures, and special events.
- Perform daily inspections of residences to ensure all fixtures, fittings, and amenities are in optimal condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle and transport guest luggage, deliveries, and supplies with care and professionalism.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and delivering assistance with a courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on best practices and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
