Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to optimize efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations professionally to maintain a stellar reputation.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align restaurant goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage teams.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor laws in Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
