Responsibility
- Assist in daily island operations, including guest services, facility maintenance, and logistical support.
- Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, dining, and operational areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, storage, and service.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in kitchen, food service, or operations (entry-level candidates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
