Responsibility

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining store presentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak hours.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking products and monitoring supply levels.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer needs effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as lifting and moving products.
