Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the bistro, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure a spotless environment.
- Restock and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service, ensuring tables and chairs are clean and properly arranged.
- Follow established safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy and safe workplace.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Adhere to the bistro’s policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
