Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and timely table readiness.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with attentiveness and discretion.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the restaurant's high standards.
- Assist in managing waitlists and communicating accurate wait times to guests.
- Provide guests with information about menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence by adhering to service standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
