Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience with personalized service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning potential negatives into positive experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the property management system (PMS).
- Organize special requests, such as romantic setups, VIP amenities, or cultural experiences.
- Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities to enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality roles.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
