Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in experience with personalized service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer tailored recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning potential negatives into positive experiences.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the property management system (PMS).
  • Organize special requests, such as romantic setups, VIP amenities, or cultural experiences.
  • Promote hotel services, loyalty programs, and upsell opportunities to enhance guest engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality roles.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Familiarity with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) is advantageous.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for Bali’s culture and tourism industry.
