Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks, with consistency and artistry.
- Welcome, engage, and provide personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to maintain our café’s high standards.
- Manage cash transactions, handle payments, and operate POS systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or in a front-of-house role within the hospitality industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as required.
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
