Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar and seating area.
- Stock and replenish supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, and pastries.
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
