Responsibility
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, including shift scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and optimize cost control.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and BPJS regulations.
