Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh smoothies, juices, and healthy beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to a multicultural clientele in English.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing smoothie stand, including equipment and workstations.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Monitor inventory levels of fruits, syrups, and supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and daily cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish, French) are a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to engage with customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak beach season shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move supplies (up to 10 kg).
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry or local culture is a bonus.
