Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize vendor relationships and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align vendor activities with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Conduct regular vendor assessments and risk analyses to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor performance, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in negotiating vendor contracts and renewal terms to secure favorable conditions.
- Support the development of vendor management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in using vendor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ICT industry standards and best practices in vendor management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement or vendor management (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
