Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD and TM modules to align with business processes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for SAP OTC solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP SD/TM-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Lead data migration, system upgrades, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM) or third-party applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user manuals.
- Train end-users and internal teams on SAP SD/TM functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with SAP advancements (e.g., S/4HANA) and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) with a strong techno-functional background.
- Proven expertise in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes, including sales order management, shipping, billing, and logistics execution.
- Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, customization, and debugging (e.g., ABAP, user exits, enhancements).
- Proficiency in SAP integration with other modules (FI, CO, MM) and external systems (e.g., EDI, WMS).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with global teams and clients.
- Certification in SAP SD or TM (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or migration projects is highly desirable.
