Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage and monitor Microsoft 365 environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Respond to and resolve escalated support tickets within defined SLAs.
- Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
- Assist in migration projects from on-premises to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Intune, and other Microsoft cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101) are a plus.
