Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications for IoT security systems.
- Lead architectural decisions and implement best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions.
- Optimize existing codebases and refactor legacy systems for improved efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional Java development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with global teams.
