Responsibility
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support the IT team in setting up and configuring workstations, laptops, and peripherals for employees.
- Help monitor system performance and report any anomalies or issues to senior IT staff.
- Participate in the installation, testing, and deployment of software updates and patches.
- Provide basic technical support to employees, including password resets and software guidance.
- Assist in documenting IT processes, inventory management, and asset tracking.
- Collaborate on small-scale IT projects, such as system upgrades or security audits, under supervision.
- Learn and adhere to company IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and data protection protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues and providing user support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in IT is a plus but not required.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
