Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily vendor collection activities to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance debt recovery rates and reduce delinquencies.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, vendor interactions, and performance metrics.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Conduct regular audits of vendor processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on collection performance to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, vendor management, or financial services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess vendor performance and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with collection software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and collection practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
