Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial needs.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Monitor client portfolios and proactively suggest improvements or adjustments to meet financial goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with banking software, CRM systems, and financial analysis tools.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia with flexibility for occasional travel.
