Responsibility
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and regulations in the vaping industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and tracking product levels.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Must be an active vape user with in-depth knowledge of vaping products and culture.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
