Responsibility
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, providing expert advice on destinations, flights, and accommodations.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel planning experience.
- Assist in the preparation of travel documents and itineraries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software.
- Passion for travel and a desire to help others explore the world.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
