Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including new arrivals, promotions, and brand features.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for sports, fashion, and trends in athletic footwear/apparel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
- Fluent in English; additional local language skills (Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
