Amartha, a leading financial technology company empowering micro-entrepreneurs across Indonesia, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Agents to join our AmarthaLink team in the vibrant Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).

Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential microfinance partners (warungs, small shops, cooperatives) in assigned Bali regions.
- Present Amartha’s financial products and digital solutions to prospective clients with clarity and conviction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for partner acquisitions and activations.
- Conduct field visits to verify partner eligibility and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new partners on Amartha’s platform and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner details, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the regional team to address partner concerns and optimize service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Amartha’s product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or microfinance (fintech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with local communities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regional markets, especially in Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and basic English; local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license for field mobility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
