Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the store manager promptly.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing sales or loyalty programs when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
