Responsibility
- Ensure optimal product visibility, availability, and presentation in assigned retail outlets to drive sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, replenish products, and maintain merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement in-store promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to secure prime shelf space and display areas.
- Track and report on sales performance, inventory turnover, and merchandising compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in planogram execution and ensure adherence to brand guidelines for visual merchandising.
- Resolve any stock or display issues promptly to minimize downtime and lost sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales merchandising, retail, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of general trade retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with retailers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel within Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
