We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to drive growth across key regions including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our high-quality busa, kasur, and spring bed products to retailers, hotels, and consumers. You will build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned Bali regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients (hotels, resorts, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our bedding and mattress products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the retail, furniture, or home goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its retail landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
