You'll oversee the setup and optimization of 100+ retail stores across Bali's most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you'll implement the V-Model (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) framework to ensure seamless store launches, integrate cutting-edge IoT solutions, and maintain rigorous SLA compliance with vendors. Responsibility
- Oversee the setup and launch of 100+ retail stores across Bali, ensuring adherence to V-Model (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) standards
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for operational improvements
- Coordinate IoT integration for retail operations, enhancing efficiency and customer experience
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for store setups
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure operational consistency across locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or store setup
- Proven experience with V-Model (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) implementation in retail or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of IoT applications in retail operations
- Excellent vendor management skills with experience in SLA compliance and CAPA processes
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are beneficial
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
