Responsibility
- Oversee the full-cycle of key account and project operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government entities, enterprises, and contractors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and project professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market presence in Bali.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, project status, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the local market in Bali, including government regulations and business practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
