Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selections, including jewelry, accessories, and luxury apparel, while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of brand offerings.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with discretion.
- Build and nurture client relationships through follow-ups, styling recommendations, and loyalty program promotions.
- Stay updated on trends, new arrivals, and brand campaigns to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Uphold luxury service standards, including confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, preferably in luxury or high-end environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, or luxury goods with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak shopping seasons.
