Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide on-site support and supervision to branch teams, including training and performance management.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer service standards, implementing improvements as needed.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with operational and retail standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align branch operations with company objectives.
- Resolve escalated customer or employee issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
