Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving shipments, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising is advantageous.
