We are seeking a Vape Shop Manager (Vaporista) to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our premium vape stores across Bali’s most vibrant locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Vape Shop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, maintaining inventory, and upholding the highest standards of service. Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in line with brand standards.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding vape product sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a vape shop or similar specialty store.
- Strong knowledge of vaping products, trends, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business training is a plus.
