Responsibility
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to high-end clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including new launches, ingredients, and application techniques for Bvlgari and Beauty Love collections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Ensure the boutique’s visual merchandising standards are met, creating an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the retail team to execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or cosmetics sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products, with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Impeccable grooming standards and a professional, polished appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
