Responsibility
- Process dealer orders within the standard processing time to ensure timely invoicing.
- Oversee branch payments and ensure complete and on-time deposit of collections.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any invoicing or payment issues.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to dealers and internal stakeholders regarding invoicing inquiries.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in invoicing, cashiering, or a similar role in the retail or consumer products industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
