Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the cosmetics section is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Implement promotional campaigns and in-store events to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, performance metrics, and other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics or beauty products.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
