Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring proper change and receipts.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Reconcile daily sales records and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and promotions.
- Follow company policies on refunds, exchanges, and discounts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
