Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Drive sales growth through effective team coaching, product knowledge training, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve store productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the regional team to implement marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment that reflects the Infinix brand identity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for technology products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic retail software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
