Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and developers in Bali.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our building materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer inquiries.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company’s presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
