Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily station operations to ensure smooth workflow and peak efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including sales, expenses, and staff performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Familiarity with inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
