Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role (e.g., Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or business qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products with a drive to succeed.
