Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily operations of assigned retail stations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement territorial strategies to maximize sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure timely restocking to meet demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of stations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise station staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize station performance and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on territorial performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, station management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations or territories, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with retail management software and inventory systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
