Responsibility
- Conduct engaging in-store product demonstrations for premium home appliances, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with retail staff to maintain product displays, stock levels, and promotional materials.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to share with the marketing and product teams.
- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and roadshows as required.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Report sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory status to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in home appliances or electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities to effectively promote products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen gadgets) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
