Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and conduct regular stock audits.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the vape or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of vape products, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
