Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their shopping experience
- Drive sales by effectively promoting products and services, meeting or exceeding targets
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and organizing products
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate POS systems accurately
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in retail is advantageous
